Gaja Sori Tildin Barbaresco is entirely made from Nebbiolo grapes and aged for about 12 months in barriques and for 12 months in oak barrels.

On the nose, it is intense and complex, with aromas of cherry and strawberry, along with floral notes of violet and rose.
There are also hints of spices, such as cinnamon and clove, as well as licorice, leather, tar, and a slight minerality.
